Sundried Tomato, White Cheddar, and Garlic Dip Mix
Possibly the world's most delicious dip mix. It's a party in a bag and will take your taste buds to Tuscany. While rarely have any left over the next day, here are a couple of other uses for this fabulous dip.....add your leftover dip to a warm skillet. low heat, and thin it out with a nice white wine. Then just pour it over pasta and enjoy it for lunch. If you cant wait for lunch, whisk a little bit in with your eggs and have a Tuscan Scramble for breakfast.
Making this dip could not be easier. You just mix the entire contents of the bag with 16 ounces of sour cream and let it rest at least 45 minutes. Longer is better, as it gives the smokiness of the tomatoes a chance to soften and come to life. Serve with a hearty cracker.
